A Time-Honored Tradition in Southern Utah for Over 160 Years
For more than 160 years, the Washington County Fair has held a special place in the heart of the southern Utah community. Originating from the early settlers of Washington City who showcased their agricultural bounty in their homes, this fair has evolved over time, yet its essence of community bonding remains unchanged.
As southern Utah and Washington County continue to flourish, so does our beloved county fair. Expanding from its traditional four-day run to an exciting eight-day extravaganza, the 2024 Washington County Fair promises an abundance of entertainment and attractions. While we cherish our long-standing favorites like the demolition derby, rodeo, boxing, petting zoo, and military wall of honor, we're thrilled to introduce even more activities to fill the extended schedule.
New additions include team roping, sorting, breakaway competitions, and three nights of concerts, ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy. The lineup features exciting acts such as 90s Country Night with Tracy Byrd featuring Little Texas, American Idol Winner Iam Tongi, and the Eli Young Band.
