Jellystone Park Now Open!

The water park features 4 massive slides, various pools, a lazy river, and a kids water zone. There's also a Wibit area that is a massive ninja obstacle course over water, pickleball and basketball courts, and will have an adventure center with indoor games in the future. You can either stay at the resort in the cabins or RV pads, or go as a local for the day.

Firehose Frenzy 5k

St. George Races and the St. George Firefighter’s Association are joining forces to make one of the coolest races in town! This year’s Firehose Frenzy 5k will take place at Desert Color development off of the Southern Parkway.
You’ll get to see what is happening there and following the race we’ll have a very cool pool party at the Desert Color pool. Throughout the course, the St. George Firefighters will have their Fire Trucks out spraying runners with water as they pass by.
A portion of the proceeds from this event will benefit the Utah Burn Center and the St. George Fire Fighters Association.

Sand Hollow Triathlon
June 8, 2024

The pristine waters and red sandstone create a unique racing atmosphere at Sand Hollow State Park. This venue is known for its scenic landscape and ideal water temp in June.
This epic southern Utah race is a local’s favorite. Sand Hollow offers an Olympic & Sprint Distance Triathlon, Sprint Duathlon and Olympic Aquabike.
Southern Utah has a dry, continental climate with warm summers and mild winters, making mid-May temperatures ideal for racing. You can expect an enjoyably cool morning as the sun begins to rise over the water. The weather is typically warm and sunny with highs between 60 and 90 degrees. Most athletes know this area because of the infamous half-distance triathlon that takes place earlier in the month.
Take in the natural beauty of this southwest desert landscape. The majority of the bike course will take place on Sand Hollow Rd, with spectacular views of the reservoir and red rock formations.
